Please arrive on time to your appointment. Guests that arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled service time may need to reschedule, and a service fee could be charged. 

 Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may incur a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No show appointments may be charged 100% of scheduled service.
